Yes, COD is available for most cities. We may ask for partial advance for higher-value items — we'll let you know when you message us.
We carry both premium-grade and value-grade items. Each product's description reflects what it is. We test everything before dispatch, and we're always happy to share more detail on WhatsApp.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Buyer's remorse returns are handled case by case.
